Last Sunday's gospel and homily had to do with the farmer in whose vineyard we grow. The word farmer in the original is geogyros, literally, the one who encirles the earth; husbanding in an earlier translation. We are, indeed, encircled in the arms of this caring husbander of ours,embedded, as Robert Kegan would have it. Thank you for the connection.
