That admonition from Byron Katie is one of those truths that can be a huge WHACK! upside the head, isn't it ... ;-)
I live with my husband -- truly, my soul's mate -- and our two cats ...
... and who do we live with, every moment, from birth to death? ... Ourselves ... (gulp)
In light of Michael Jackson's death, I can't help but think of his song, "The Man in the Mirror" ...
