Reconciliation?

"Reconciliation is to understand both sides;
to go to one side and describe the suffering being endured by the other side,
and then go to the other side
and describe the suffering being endured by the first side."
-Thich Nhat Hanh

(but even then it remains doubtful this bicycle will ever get anywhere)

Hi Roberta! Gotta weigh in on this one. The picture is of an unreconciled bicycle built for two. Reconciliation actually changes what was taken for "real" before. If the two sides reconcile, the structure gets simpler, the bike loses the extra wheel, and everything heads in the same, possibly new, direction. BUT there are still two seats and the input of both sides, now in concert, is necessary for progress. Reconciliation is at the heart of Jesus' message. It is the only way to get anywhere.

Realign the bicycles and they become a tandem bike.
