That's a toughie. It'd be good to talk about this. Am I like God or closer to Her if or when I forgive? Is forgiveness real if forgetting doesn't come with it? To me, forgetting, or at least dismissing completely, must happen or else there are cracks for toxicity and poison to seep through.
